EE Civils is responsible for the full civil engineering scope for the enabling works, including bulk earthworks, lime stabilisation, in-situ reinforced concrete chambers, underground utilities, hard landscaping and asphalt pavement construction.
Our scope of works includes:
- 20,000m3 of bulk earthworks
- 6,000m of deep high-voltage (HV) utility installation
- Construction of multiple large in-situ reinforced concrete HV chambers
- 800m of temporary drainage installation
- 25,000m2 of road build up and asphalt works

This project involves the construction of a new hyperscale data centre facility in Denmark. EE Civils is currently delivering an extensive underground utilities package, comprising both telecommunications (Comms) and Medium Voltage (MV) infrastructure.
Our scope of works includes:
- Comms Package: Installation of 1,500m of 96-way comms ducting, together with 25 precast service chambers.
- Medium Voltage Package: Installation of 800m of deep 9-way medium voltage ducting, including associated civil engineering works.

Protection of works areas local to live operating equipment.
Utilities connections to multiple areas, involving works in live energy zones, with use of Vaccum Excavator to ensure safe excavations around existing live services, including reinstatement of permanent works.
